Ingredients:
4 eggs
2 tablespoons of sugar (coconut blossom sugar, for example)
Heat and liquefy 140 g of cooking chocolate with 1 tbsp of coconut oil and mix all together, then add the following ingredients:
3 tablespoons of coconut oil
400 g of grated nuts (for example walnuts)
300g prescribed sweet potato
2 tbsp rum
1 pack of baking soda,
mix everything and place in the oven for one hour at 160 degrees hot air. Cut the chopped pie in the middle, sprinkle with apricot jam, reassemble and spread with apricot jam on top and mix 6 tablespoons water with Liquefy 140 g of cooking chocolate, then pour in 1 tbsp of coconut oil (or butter) and douse the cake.
