3 mugs ground carrots
1 glass slashed pecans
1/2 glass margarine, mellowed
8 ounces cream cheddar, diminished
4 mugs confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla concentrate

Preheat broiler to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Oil and flour a 9x13 inch skillet.
In a substantial bowl, beat together eggs, oil, white sugar and 2 teaspoons vanilla. Blend in flour, heating pop, preparing powder, salt and cinnamon. Mix in carrots. Overlap in pecans. Fill arranged container.
Prepare in the preheated broiler for 40 to 50 minutes, or until the point when a toothpick embedded into the focal point of the cake confesses all. Give cool access search for gold minutes, at that point turn out onto a wire rack and cool totally.
To Make Frosting: In a medium bowl, join margarine, cream cheddar, confectioners' sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat until the point that the blend is smooth and velvety. Blend in slashed pecans. Ice the cooled cake.
