recipe. Rosted beets with goat cheese and walnut

Clean beets cut root and top green. Keep green leaf for garnish.
Roast 2 beet preheat oven @ 375 on a foil 45 min
Peel roasted beet once cool down.
Cut roasted beet in slice
Step 2
Sprinkle walnut oil on baking sheet spread the sliced beets and chunk of 4 Oz goat cheese
Pre heat @400 oven cook another 15min
Room temp sprinkle any kind 1Tbs vinegar or lemon juice
Sprinkle salt and black pepper
Sprinkle chopped walnut on top.

Thin slice the beet leaved and garnish on top.
Enjoy healthy roasted beet salad
