Resep : Angkuh Kue

Selamat malam sahabat steemian yang aku sukai,,Semoga kalian sehat selalu dalam beraktivitas sehari-hari,dan bisa memberi postingan-postingan yang bagus dan baru.!!

Pada malam hari ini saya akan membagikan resep kue angkuh yang enak dan nikmat, adonannya wangi dan lembut.

Bahan-bahannya:
  • 200 grm kacang ijo kupas, rendam 1 jam. Kukus selama 30menit
    (saya berikut kentang dikukus bareng ya moms)
  • 200 cc santan encer
  • 120 gula pasir
  • Vanili
  • Garam
  • Dan daun pandan

Cara membuatnya:

Blender kacang ijo yang sudah dikukus dengan santan, sebentar saja jangan terlalu halus. Lalu masak dengan api kecil, masukan vanili, garam, daun pandan, masak sampai kalis dan dapat dipulung. Sisihkan.

Bahan kulit
  • 250 grm tepung ketan
  • 150 grm kentang kukus, haluskan
  • 200 cc santan kekentalan sedang + jus daun pandan suji (saya daun pandan aj)
  • 25 grm gula pasir
  • 1/2 sdt garam
  • 1 sdm olive oil
  • Vanili bubuk

Cara membuatnya:
  • Panaskan santan, jus pandan sampai hangat, masukan gula,garam,vanili dan kentang yg sudah dihaluskan, uleni sampai rata dan dapat dipulung.

  • Taburi cetakan dengan tepung ketan, ambil adonan kulit beri isian, bulatkan dan cetak di cetakan kue ku, tekan² dan ratakan.
    Letakan kue ku ke alas daun pisang, olesi dengan olive oil.

  • Kukus dengan api cendrung besar, kukusan dipanaskan terlebih dahulu, buka tutup dandang sesekali supaya kue tidak menggelembung.
    Begitu matang olesi dengan olive oil supaya tidak kering dan tetap lembut.
