Boiled Egg
Ready In: 20 minutes

INGREDIENTS:
twelve eggs, at room temperature
INSTRUCTIONS
Preparation Period: 5 minutes
Cooking Period: 15 minutes
Prepared In: 20 minutes
Put a steamer insert into a pot and fill with water to just below the bottom of the steamer. Bring water to just below a boil. Put eggs to steamer insert and steam for fifteen minutes.
Immediately place eggs to a bowl of ice water till cool enough to handle. Make a small crack on the large end of each egg and put eggs back into the ice water for about twenty minutes. Peel.
