INGREDIENTS:
two tablespoons popping sorghum
one teaspoon canola oil
one teaspoon white sugar
quarter teaspoon ground cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
Preparation Period: 5 minutes
Cooking Period: 1 minute
Prepared In: 6 minutes
Place sorghum into a small brown paper bag and fold shut. Microwave on High till the majority of sorghum is popped, one to one and half minutes. Transfer popped sorghum into a bowl and drizzle with canola oil; sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Toss to cover.
