Olive Salsa
INGREDIENTS:
one cup rinsed canned black beans
one jar Thick & Chunky Salsa
quarter cup coarsely chopped pitted black olives
half cup frozen corn
one Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
two cloves garlic
two tsp. fresh lime juice
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mash half cup beans in medium sized bowl.
Put remaining beans along with all remaining ingredients; stir well.
Chill for one hour.
