Pizza Muffins
INGREDIENTS:
cooking spray
one (10 ounce) can refrigerated buttermilk biscuit dough
ten tablespoons pizza sauce (such as Ragu® Homestyle)
ten slices pepperoni
ten tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese
INSTRUCTIONS:
Press biscuits, one at a time, between hands to flatten. Put each flattened biscuit in a muffin cup; press into bottom and up sides of muffin cup. Set aside for biscuit to settle and slightly rise, about five minutes. Lightly press biscuits into cups as needed.
Get one tablespoon pizza sauce into each biscuit; top each with one slice pepperoni and one tablespoon mozzarella cheese.
Bake in the 425 degrees preheated oven till biscuit is lightly browned and cheese is dissolved, about ten minutes. Remove each pizza from tin and place on a cooling rack, about five minutes.
