Tasty Scallops
Ready In: 25 minutes
Can make up to: 4 servings
INGREDIENTS:
six slices bacon
twelve sea scallops, rinsed and drained
three tablespoons fresh lemon juice
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preparation Period: 5 minutes
Cooking Period: 20 minutes
Prepared In: 25 minutes
Slice the bacon slices in half and wrap each half around a scallop. Use a toothpick to secure in place. Drizzle lemon juice over scallops. Put on a cookie sheet.
Bake in a preheated oven for fifteen to twenty minutes or till bacon is cooked. Serve hot.
