The Mexican sausages are easy to prepare
Preparation
PICA the onion and tomato diced.
HEAT oil in a medium saucepan. Acitrona the onion, add the tomato and fry over low heat.
CUT sausages in squares and add them to the previous mixture.
ADD the finely chopped cilantro.
SAZONA with oregano and salt.
