Pork Menudo with Raisen and Cheese on Top-Lutong Bahay Recipe!🇵🇭

Hello my fellow steemians, have another great day!

Sa ngayon po ishashare ko ang aking simple at masarap na ingredients ng aking Pork Menudo recipe with cheese and raisen on top. Lahat po tayo may iba't ibang paraan sa pag luluto. Ako po simple lang ang paraan sa pagluluto at yung mga nihahalo ko po ay sigurado na aangkop sa pang lasa. Sana po magustuhan ninyo!😍

My Pork Menudo with Raisen and cheese on top😋😋😋

Here are the Ingredients:

1/2 kilo Pork kasim or liempo (cut into small squares)
1 tablespoon garlic (crushed)
1 red Onion (sliced)
1 pack Mama Sita's Menudo sauce
1 cup Potatoes (cut into squares cube)
1 cup Carrots (cut into squares cube)
1 cup water
1 pc Laurel leaf
30 grams raisen
1/2 Eden cheese (cut into small squares cube)
2 pc red and green bell pepper (cut into small squares cube)
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Procedure:

Boiled the meat and add small amount of salt for 10 minutes before cooking.

Sauté the garlic, onion and pork. Add the water and cook until almost done.
Add all the remaining ingredients except the bell pepper, cheese and raisen. Cooked until the potatoes and carrots is done to cook.
Add the bell pepper for 2 minutes before turning off the fire.
Last add the cheese and raisen on top. Then serve with hot rice😋😍 Happy Eating!
