Pudding Chocolate with Double Cream

  Ingredients :  :
- 700 ml milk
- 1 packet of jelly chocolate (7 grams)
- 100 ml heavy cream (double cream / heavy cream)
- 100 grams of sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- 200 gram block of chocolate, cut into small pieces
- 20 grams of cocoa powder, dissolved in 100 ml of liquid milk
 

Chocolate custard ingredients:
- 300 ml milk
- 50 ml heavy cream
- 50 grams of chocolate blocks
- 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch dissolved in 2 tablespoons of liquid milk
- 50-70 grams of sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract     How to make :
Prepare a small pan, put the milk, heavy cream, and vanilla extract. Mix well. Take a ladle of liquid milk, pour in a small bowl along with powdered gelatin, stirring with a spoon until melted and gelatin is completely dissolved in the milk. Pour gelatin solution to the milk in the pan and cook over low heat, stirring, stirring until boiling.

Pour the liquid gelatin into the bowl ramekin that has been soaked in water, or use a pudding mold that has been dampened with water. Allow the pudding to steam heat disappears, insert the pudding into the refrigerator to cool.
 

Make a custard of milk:
Prepare a pot, put all the ingredients, except chocolate block. Make sure the well dissolved cornstarch and cook until boil while stirring constantly so that the milk is not broken. Add chocolate blocks and cook until chocolate is dissolved. If the custard is less thick, add 1 teaspoon of cornstarch dissolved in 2 tablespoons milk, stirring until thick and boil.
 

To serve, turn the pudding chocolate into a small dish and pour the chocolate custard pudding surface. Ready to eat  ...
