Fast citrus pie with tea

Ingredients

• 3 eggs;
• 150 g of sugar;
• 200 g of flour;
• 2 teaspoons baking powder;
• 150 g of margarine;
• juice of one orange;
• a peel of one lemon;
• butter for lubrication.
  
  

Preparation

Whisk the eggs with sugar. Mix the flour with the baking powder, add the softened margarine, beaten eggs, juice and zest. Stir well the dough and place in a greased oil. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Check the readiness with a wooden skewer.

If you have lemon jam or orange jam, cut the cake on the cakes and pat them. It will be even more delicious.
