Vegetarian Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1½ cups flour;
- 2 glasses of water;
- 50 ml of vegetable oil;
- 1 tablespoon of sugar;
- ½ tsp soda;
- 1 teaspoon of vinegar or citric acid;
- salt - to taste.
Cooking
Dissolve sugar and citric acid in water. Pour the flour in small portions, stirring constantly, until lumps remain.
Add soda and butter, let stand for at least 10 minutes. Dough is ready. If you want sweeter pancakes, you can add more sugar. You can also add a little cocoa powder and make chocolate pancakes. Bake pancakes on medium heat until cooked.
