This is my first post on steemit, and i want to share with you something I cooked for me and my family this afterrnoon. Super extra delicious BBQ pork ribs!!!
Done low and slow, almost 6 hours on the pit.
I wraped them after 3 hours with some honey, some brown sugar and some apple juice.
Finished with some home made bbq sauce .
Everybody was happy with the result.
