Peanut Butter
INGREDIENTS
one c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
quarter c. smooth peanut butter
two tsp. coconut oil
two bananas, cutted into one" rounds
Flaky sea salt
DIRECTIONS
In a medium sized dish, heaten up the chocolate in thirty-second intervals till dissolved. Heat peanut butter for fifteen seconds in microwave until runny.
In a medium sized bowl, blend chocolate and coconut oil till mixed.
Into small baking cups, put teaspoon scoops of chocolate. Top with a slice of banana, a teaspoon-sized scoop of peanut butter, and another scoop of chocolate. Do it again till you have used all your banana slices. Top with a pinch of sea salt.
Put tray in freezer for two hours, or till frozen. Offer.
