Vermicelli Mackerel Soup Sauce

Ingredients:
1. Mackerel fish that have been cleaned

                  

 

Fried fish mackerel

                  

 

Spice:
garlic, onion, pepper, flavoring, sweet soy sauce and oyster sauce


                   

 

Puree garlic and onion

                      


                      

 

After that saute seasoning until fragrant and enter the fish that has been fried mackerel.

                     


                    


Then Enter the vermicelli   

                        

 

Stir well until the sauce slightly dries, remove. Vermicelli mackerel soup sauce ready to serve.
