Preparando unos minicupcakes marmoleados, la base para esto es hacer la mezcla solo de vainilla y luego la dividimos en dos partes para preparar la mitad de chocolate.
Se mezclan 300gr de margarina junto con 2 tazas de azucar, mezclar bien hasta obtener una crema suave, agregar 4 huevos uno a uno e ir mezclando, por ultimo se coloca 1 taza de leche y 1 taza y media de harina de trigo alternandolas, una vez que este bien mezclada se coloca 1 cucharada de polvo de hornear, 1 cucharada de vainilla y ralladura de limon o de naranja. Luego de tener la mezcla lista se divide en partes iguales en dos bowl y a uno se le va a agregar 1 taza de cacao en polvo. Colocar en un molde los capacillos y se coloca la mitad de la mezcla de vainilla y la mitad de chocolate de esta manera nuestros cupcakes seran marmoleados. Los pueden decorar con lo que deseeen
