Famous Bangali pitha
Ingredients of golap pitha
1.All purpose flour - 2 cup
2.Suger - 2 cup
3.Warm milk - 1 cup
4.Cardamom
5.Clove
6.Cinnamon
7.Ghee
8.Salt
9.Refind oil
First take a bowl of flour,add salt,cinnamon powder,cloves powder,cardamom powder, ghee and warm milk.
Then have to take a size like bread. Then in the from of rose shape,all cakes will be fried with oil, have to give it in syrup.
Golap pitha is ready
