Ingredients
- 12 eggs
- 6 slices of bacon
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- sea salt - to taste
- ground black pepper - to taste
- a few twigs of parsley.
Cooking
Boil hard boiled eggs . While they are cooling, fry the bacon over medium heat for 4–5 minutes: it should become crispy. Then cut it into small pieces.
Peel the eggs and cut them in half along. Remove the yolks and put them in a separate bowl. Combine the yolks, bacon, mayonnaise, mustard and spices until smooth. Fill the protein with this mixture.
Before serving, sprinkle eggs with paprika or pepper and garnish with chopped parsley.
