Whole cauliflower in the oven with honey

Dishes made from cauliflower, cooked at home in the oven, serve not only naturally delicious, but also extremely useful. Without exposure to frying, they contain minimal fat and are devoid of carcinogens, so they are ideal for diet food.

  • 120 ml of Greek yogurt;
  • 5-6 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • 4 tablespoons of lemon juice;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin;
  • ¼ teaspoon ground coriander;
  • ¼ teaspoon of turmeric;
  • ¼ teaspoon of honey;
  • 1 teaspoon of salt;
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper;
  • 1 head of cauliflower;
  • 50–70 g of nuts;
  • 2-3 sprigs of parsley or other herbs.

Cooking



In a bowl, mix yogurt, 1½ tablespoons of oil, half lemon juice, chopped garlic, caraway seeds, coriander, turmeric, honey, half salt and pepper.

Smear cauliflower with 2-3 tablespoons of oil, salt and pepper. Put on a baking sheet and bake at a temperature of 200 ° C. After about 45 minutes, pour the remaining oil and the juice that has stood out. Cook another 15 minutes. Then grease with a quarter of the sauce and return to the oven for 15 minutes. Remove, pour the remaining sauce, sprinkle with chopped nuts and chopped herbs.
