Ingredients:

 2 cups boiled rice,
 2 cups of spinach,
 2 cups of mustard seeds,
 1 tablespoon of cumin seeds,
 1 cup of garlic paste,
 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder,
 1 teaspoon of chilli powder,
 1/2 teaspoon dried pepper,
 3 tablespoons of oil and 3 tablespoons of oil.
 1 teaspoon and salt to taste.

Preparation Method:

 Heat oil in the berry,
 Add cumin seeds,
 Turmeric powder, turmeric and pepper powder.
 Now you have to cook for 15 minutes with enough water to cover the dal.
 Take 5 minutes of cooked vegetables and take them down. Finally, the top five puffs will be served on the spread.
