Ya that's the cool thing about these snacks, you can easily substitute for other ingredients! Great idea using dates or raisins :)

Exactly :) dates and raisins are great for natural sweetness and have less sugar in them than honey. I would prefer dates since raisins often are toxin bombs if your not carefull of where you buy them.
