Hello friends I hope you are well, I have this healthy recipe because it does not contain wheat flour and for those who suffer from gluten intolerance is perfect, on the other hand it is a super simple recipe, with few ingredients and apart from all this we can make in a blender, it is a magnificent recipe in every way, perfect for when we want to eat a sweet and give us that gustico despite all the difficulties we have. I know that in Venezuela everything is very expensive but we can make the effort and prepare a cake and for a while we forget everything that overwhelms us every day.
What I like most about this recipe is its texture because it is different from normal cake and we will not have the fear that if we have fluffy or not because the texture of this is mojadita.
INGREDIENTS:
- 6 cups of cooked auyama.
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of orange juice
- 2 tbsp oil.
- 2 vanilla cherries.
- ½ cup of sugar, or granulated paper.
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon.
PREPARATION:
Boil the pump in a little water until it is well blandita and let cool, then put the blender in the blender together with eggs, orange juice, oil and vanilla, blend until everything is well integrated. Pour this mixture into a bowl and add the cornstarch sugar or paper and cinnamon, mix it with a wooden palette in a wrapping form once ready greased a mold with oil or butter and a little flour and pour the mixture, we carry Bake at 200c for 30 minutes or until the chopstick comes out dry.
