Stir-fried meat roll of cabbage curry

Ingredients (for two people)
Cabbage · · · 2
onions · · · 25 g
carrot · · · 10 g
garlic · · · a little
olive oil · · · 1 tablespoon
flour · · · teaspoon 1 / 4
Curry powder · · 1/4 teaspoon
pig meat · · · 3
bouillon · · · 2/3 cup

How to make
[1] Cut the cabbage and the carrot into thin slices, thinly slice the onions and chopped garlic.
[2] Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, stir fry the vegetables, add salt, pepper and curry powder, shake the water spoon 1 and flour and put together some vegetables.
[3] Place the pig thighs vertically, place the cold cabbage in front, caught in the looseness, and fasten both ends and the middle with a toothpick.
[4] Boil the bouillon in a pot, put one meat roll one by one, make it a high heat until it boils, turn it to a low heat, and simmer for about 10 minutes until the boiled soup goes down quietly while halfway.
[5] Remove the toothpick, eat it, cut it into a good size, and serve it on the vessel.

It is easier to wrap the meat wider, if you do not get it, you should ask for thick meat, hit it and stretch it.
Because instant broth has salty taste, you can have it without adding too much salt.
