  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 beetroot
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 grams of sour cream with a fat content of 25%
  • green onion
  • dill
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar
  • salt
  • 1.5 liters of water

1. Peel the beets from the peel, put in a pot of water and cook for about 40-60 minutes until cooked. Take the beets and set aside. In the broth add lemon juice, salt and powdered sugar.

2. Cook the potatoes in the peel. Boil the hard-boiled eggs.

3. Cut the beets into strips.

4. Cucumber, peeled eggs and potatoes cut into cubes, pour the broth, add sour cream and cut greens.

5. Eat soup chilled.
