  • 500 grams of beef
  • 2 onions
  • 150 grams of sweet pepper
  • 3 teaspoons of paprika
  • 300 grams of potatoes
  • 3 fresh tomatoes
  • 30 grams of fat
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • cooking salt
  • 1.6 liters of water

1. Cut meat into small cubes. In a thick-walled pan add fat and a little fry the meat, add the diced onion and pepper. Fry on a moderate fire for 3-4 minutes. Add a glass of water and cook for 30-40 minutes.

2. Put the tomatoes in boiling water for 1 minute, remove from water and clean from peel. Cut tomatoes and sweet peppers. Put tomatoes and garlic in a soup. Salt up Cooking on low heat. If necessary, add water.

3. When the meat is almost ready, pour approximately 1 liter of water.
