Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
2 pounds of potato
250 grams of Parmesan cheese
500 grams of mozzarella cheese
500 grams of bacon
3 garlic
4 sprigs of thyme
cilantros to taste
4 eggs
1 envelope of champignon in sauce
salt to taste
peppers to taste
Preparation
Marinate breasts with garlic, salt, pepper and thyme.
Then cook it in half a liter of water, until it is very well cooked.
Garnish it very well and mix it with the mushroom sauce prepared according to the instructions of the envelope.
Cook the potatoes, previously peeled, in a liter of water. Until they are cooked.
Mash the potatoes and add the chopped cilantro and the eggs, mix well.
Expand the puree on a table.
Put a layer of chicken, a layer of bacon and mozzarella.
Form a roll, arrange in a previously greased mold.
Cover the roll with the parmesan cheese and bring to the oven preheated at 200ºC for 20 minutes.
