necessary ingredients
To make pearls:
2 large pieces (medium size)
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
1 tbsp Corn Starch / Flour
1 tablespoon rice flour
Salt to taste
Lost 3 tablespoons (Milk powder, ghee, made of water)
1 tablespoon broken frutti
Oil to fry
To make casserole:
1 tbsp ghee
3 whole cardamom
2 whole cinnamon
2 cloves
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teapot
Cashew nuts (soaked)
Salt to taste
2 green chilies (long cut)
1 large spoon finely chopped coriander
1 tablespoon finely chopped mint leaves
Pinch sugar
According to the water requirement
1 big bowl basmati rice (soaked)
1 large spoon fried onion
1 tablespoon saffron milk
1/2 cup milk
Method
Method of making pearl:
In a vessel, mix cheese, cardamom powder, half spoon corn starch, rice flour and salt and knead it well.
Now break the small loaves and make them round, press lightly in the middle and make a cheeses of cheese bowl. (Such as to make Momos or stuffed tikki).
- On the other hand, get lost in a small bowl and prepare a mixture of broken-frutti and make it even lime.

Method of making casserole
Place in medium flame to heat the ghee in a pan. - When the ghee is heated, fry it with cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, cumin and teaspoon. (Ghee rice)
Add cumin seeds, cashews, salt, green chillies, coriander leaves, mint leaves, sugar and water and cover them for 5 to 7 minutes.
After the fixed time, add basmati rice to the pan and mix it well with the kadhee. (Paneer Fried Rice) - After the first boil, cover the pan again and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes.
After fixed time, add fried onions, saffron milk and half cup of plain milk and cook for 3 minutes again and close the flame. (Bhopalali carrot pea casserole) - Cashew pearl casserole is ready. Serve it in a plate and garnish with pearls.
