Hello stemians...Today I will share recipes with your vegetable sauteed kale (cah kangkung). Besides easy to cook, vegetable kale also contains many important substances such as vitamin C and B complex, calcium, phosphorus and iron contained in spinach.
This is a consideration that you can do to consume vegetables kale as a menu of daily food intake.
How to make vegetable Sauteed kale
- Provide kale 1/2 kg
- Separate or cut kale leaves from the stems
Ingredients :
- Tomato 1 piece
- Seasonings oyster sauce to taste
Ingredients puree :
- Cayenne 2 seeds
- Cayenne 5 seeds
- Onion 1 clove
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt to taste
- Shrimp paste to taste
How to cultivate it :
- Food ingredients in puree
- Heat oil and saute the ingredients that have been refined, pour water and oyster sauce, simmer marinade evenly.
- Enter kale and tomatoes, cook until the half-baked, season with salt to taste.
- Pick up and ready to be served.

by the way - it's not kale - this is water spinach :)

Thank you for correction, which I post is the type of Kale land (ipomea reptans), characteristics ie trunk smaller and White Green, the leaves are less bold as well as a soft, if cooked faster Wilt / Cook, and have interest that White clean.
While the type of Kale water (ipotema aguatica) characteristics ie the stem the greater, green darker, leaves wider and a little hard, longer wilt when cooked and have interest that white red.
