How to make an apple pie and raisins :


Hello to all who are reading my post right now ... I hope you are well today ... because today I will explain the preparation of this recipe, we begin.

1.- 2 cups of flour.

2.- 6 tablespoons of cold water.

3.- 125 grams of unsalted butter.

4.- 1 pinch of salt.

5.- 2 tablespoons of sugar.

Regarding the preparation of the filling:

1.- 4 yellow or green apples peeled and diced.

2.- The juice of 2 lemons.

3.- 1/2 cup of sugar.

4.- ½ cup raisins.

5.- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder.

6.- 2 applesauce.

Utensil: We need 1 round or rectangular mold for detachable tartlets.
All these are the ingredients and instruments that you need but if you want to alter the recipe a bit to make it better it is also valid ... now we are going to prepare this delicious dessert !, mmmm….

We have to preheat the oven to 350 degrees Celsius
First we go with the preparation of the dough:

Mix in a bowl the flour, butter and sugar with two knives or preferably with a pastry stirrup, add the water little by little, while mixing, until the dough takes off, form a ball with your hand if you do not knead a lot. Let stand in the fridge for an hour.

Once all this is done we take it out of the fridge and stretch with a roller between two sheets of waxed paper, place the dough in the cake pan without leaving any area uncovered by the dough. On top, we place a sheet of waxed paper with raw grains to make weight and prevent the dough from rising. Cook in the oven for 15 minutes, remove from the oven and let cool, then remove the paper with the beans.

Now I will explain how the filling preparation is:

Peel and chop the apples into squares, then sprinkle with lemon juice so that they do not oxidize, add the cinnamon, sugar and raisins, place at the bottom of the precocious dough, the two applesauces on top, place the mixture of apples, sugar and raisins ... then sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon ... we bake the tartlet for half an hour, take it out and serve warm accompanied with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream ... and it would be ready.

The preparation takes about 1 hour, cooking for at least 30 minutes, and the portions will be at least 8.
