Resep tumis ceker ayam

Tumis ceker ayam

Bahan:

1/2 kg ceker ayam
2 btg serai geprek
3 lbr daun salam
Gula jawa secukupnya
Gula pasir secukupnya
Garam secukupnya
Kecap sedikit saja


Bumbu halus:

5 siung bamer
3 siung baput
2 butir kemiri
1/2 sdm ketumbar bubuk
1/2 sdt lada bubuk
5 buah cabe keriting kering
21 buah cabe rawit banyaknya sesuai selera saja ya


Cara membuat:

  • Bersihkan dan rebus sebentar ceker ayam. Kemudian tiriskan.

  • Haluskan bumbu, kemudian tumis. Masukan serai dan daun salam.

  • Masukan ceker ayam, aduk sebentar. Kemudian, tambahkan air agak banyak ya masukan gula merah, gula, garam, kecap sedikit saja. Koreksi rasa.

  • Jika sudah pas tunggu sampai airnya menyusut dan kental. Sambil di aduk. Jika sudah angkat dan sajikan.
