The curry is a soup dish with spice herbs, its common curry cooked with chicken meat and mutton. curry is identical to coconut milk, but it turns out for us who have cholesterol and avoid the food bersantan you may try a recipe from me.

Materials we need

11.jpg

Chicken, we can cut into 8 parts and here we use a chicken that is not too old
wash the chicken then drain.

Onion and tomato, red onion is an unrivaled spice besides adding deliciously processed food, the onions also have a distinctive aroma whereas tomatoes are useful for flavoring.

4.jpg

Cumin is the number one herb as a natural flavor enhancer.

7.jpg

Small chilli

8.jpg

A little powdered pepper and turmeric powder

Step by step :

  • Fried onion until brownish,

10.jpg

  • then input the tomato and leave it to wither and thicken

9.jpg

  • And add small chillies and turmeric powder then flush a little water and leave about 5 minutes until thickened

6.jpg

  • And the last step of chicken input into the cauldron, then leave to 5 minutes and add water to add sauce

Curry ready to serve when it is yellow to emasan, maybe many are surprised without coconut milk but here we use tomatoes instead of coconut milk because the nature of tomatoes will become thick and when mixed with water and cooked tomatoes will be thick like gravy general curry
