Ingredients:
250 cc of water
120 gr of margarine
150 gr of flour
4 eggs
1 teaspoon salt

Filling :
Caramel

Decor:
Chocolate sauce
Powdered sugar

Steps:
In a bowl boil the water with the margarine and salt

Incorporate the flour in one go

Stir well with a wooden spoon and cook until it comes off the pot. Remove from heat and let cool

Add the eggs one at a time, stir until a smooth mass is obtained

Grease an oven plate

Bake at 400 ° F for 20 minutes until browned

Once cold, open them and fill with caramel
Sauce the profiteroles to taste using the chocolate sauce
