Pumpkin juice with pulp, cooked without juicer

Ingredients


  • 2 kg of pumpkin pulp;
  • 2 liters of water;
  • 160 g sugar;
  • Tsp citric acid.

Cooking



Cut the pumpkin in small pieces and place in a saucepan. Pour in water and cook under a lid on medium heat until the vegetable is soft.

Blender turn pumpkin into a puree.

Add sugar and citric acid. If the juice seems too thick, pour in some more water. Bring the liquid to a boil and cook for a few more minutes.
