Pumpkin juice with pulp, cooked without juicer
Ingredients
- 2 kg of pumpkin pulp;
- 2 liters of water;
- 160 g sugar;
- Tsp citric acid.
Cooking
Cut the pumpkin in small pieces and place in a saucepan. Pour in water and cook under a lid on medium heat until the vegetable is soft.

Blender turn pumpkin into a puree.
