Cilantro Rice
INGREDIENTS
one cup long grain white rice
two cups water
one teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
two tablespoons fresh lime juice
two tablespoons chopped fresh cilantrosalt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Bring the rice, water, and chicken bouillon to a boil in a pan over high flame. Reduce fire to medium-low, cover, and simmer till the rice is tender, twenty to twenty five minutes. Remove from the fire, add the lime juice, cilantro, and salt; fluff with a fork and serve.
