Ingredients
one pound ground beef
one (eight ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
one (eight ounce) jar prepared salsa
one (one pound) loaf processed cheese food, cutted

35 Minutes
Put the ground beef in a large sized pan over medium-high heat. Cook, mixing to crumble, till no longer pink. Strain off grease.
Spread the cream cheese in an even layer in the bottom of a nine inch square baking dish. Spread a layer of salsa over the cream cheese, then cover with a layer of ground beef. Top with slices of processed cheese and wrap the dish with aluminum foil.
Bake for fifteen minutes in the preheated oven, or till heated through. Serve warm.
