Chicken with crispy crust

Ingredients:

• chicken breast or thighs;
• bread crumbs;
• grated parmesan cheese;
• olive oil;
• mayonnaise;
• milk;
• salt and pepper.

Preparation

• Rinse the chicken under cold water and dry it.
• Beat each piece with a hammer, covering with two sides of the food film.
• Mix several teaspoons of mayonnaise with milk until the consistency of yogurt. Add salt and pepper to taste.
• In a separate bowl, combine the cheese, bread crumbs, a little olive oil and spices.
• Dip the chicken first into the milk mixture, then into the cheese.
• Cover the baking sheet with foil, grease with olive oil and lay on it chunks of chicken.
• Bake at 200 ° C for 35 minutes until golden brown.
