Ingredients
14 small chicken pieces
1 cup sour cream (You can substitute it with hung curd)
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
A pinch of nutmeg powder
1 tsp green cardamom powder
½ tsp black pepper powder
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup cream cheese
2 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp cornflour
Salt to taste, Oil to cook
Technique
Preheat the broiler at 180 degrees Celsius. Place chicken pieces in a bowl. Include ginger glue, garlic glue, nutmeg powder, green cardamom powder, dark pepper, salt and lemon juice. Crush the cream cheddar and mozzarella cheddar, include corn flour and blend well. Include the chicken and blend it well. Include harsh cream and blend daintily. Presently marinate for 60 minutes.
Next, string the chicken pieces onto sticks and place them on preparing plate fixed with aluminum thwart. Sprinkle the rest of the marinade on them and shower little oil over the chicken. Presently put the plate in the preheated stove for around 20 minutes or until equally brilliant. Exchange the chicken onto a serving plate and present witht coriander chuney.
