Irresistible dessert, with semolina and raspberries

In the summer days, there is a refreshing, therefore, here's a delicacy for all the gourmets.

It is cooked quickly and easily without baking, so it's more like a cold dessert.

In summer, when you do not have much will to spend in the kitchen, because of the outside temperature, it's always easier to make something tasty and quick.

On this occasion, I made it with raspberries, which I just picked up with my parents in the garden, but I think it is very tasty both with strawberries, or some other fruit.

You need this recipe:

• 300 gr of raspberry (fries)
• 200 gr of sugar
• 150 gr of grips
• 3 puddings of vanilla (and you can any other one you love)
• 500 ml of milk
• 500 ml of water
• 2 bags of cream or sweet cream that he likes most

Preparation:

First:
Place the milk and 100g of sugar to rub, when the milk is boiling, add slowly the bite, with constant stirring, so as not to remain clods. Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes. So hot to pour it in the carpet and straighten it.

Second:
In a deeper sherry add 500 ml of water with the remaining 100 g of sugar to sprinkle, when it is time to add raspberries and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. While raspberries are cooked, puddle into a little cool water.
