How to make kashmiri harisah
Ingredients

  1. 1 kg chopped mutton(meat)
  2. 4 cloves garlic.
    3.500 grams chopped onion.
  3. 8 peppercorn.
  4. 3 tablespoon fennel seeds.
  5. 4 cloves
    7.2 inch cinnamon sticks.
  6. 4 black cardamon
  7. 6 green cardamon.
    10.4 pinches salt.
  8. 1 tb dried ginger powder
    12 1 cup vegetable oil.
    13.1/2 rice floor
  9. 250 ml milk
  10. 1 cup sliced onion
    Preparation
    Step 1
    Combine chopped meat along with all ingredients except oil,milk and rice floor.
    Step 2
    Put these mixed ingredients in a vessel and cook until 3 vessels,
    After this cook this for 45 minutes at medium heat,add water as per material
    Step 3
    Now stir it for 10 minutes
    Now add rice floor and add 3 cups of water and stir.
    Step 4
    When mixture starts thickening ,add milk and stir for 10 minutes
    Now add oil and stir for 10 minutes.
    Your dish is ready now,serve with bread
    The process is lengthy but your work will really pays you,
    You will try it after every month ,while you will check the taste first
