Ingredients

• 7 apples;
• 1 tablespoon of lemon juice;
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon;
• ½ tsp salt;
• 2 tablespoons + 40 g flour;
• 330 g brown sugar;
• 115 g butter;

Cooking

Peel the apples and peel and cut into small pieces. Add lemon juice, half cinnamon, salt, 2 tablespoons of flour and 220 g of brown sugar to them.
