Muffin
Ingredients
one pkg. frozen puff pastry sheets, partially thawed
half cup mayonnaise
two teaspoons kosher salt
one teaspoon black pepper
ten ounce sharp Cheddar cheese, finely shredded
eleven ounces multicolored cherry tomatoes, halved
two tablespoons torn fresh basil
Instructions:
Slice each pastry sheet into nine three inch squares. Gently press squares into two lightly greased muffin pans. Split cheese and tomatoes among tarts.
Bake in preheated oven till pastry is golden brown, about twenty minutes. Let cool in pans on a wire rack five minutes. Top with torn fresh basil. Serve hot.
