Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

two and quarter cups flour
three tablespoons sugar plus one tablespoon for icing
one teaspoon salt
two teaspoons yeast
half cup water
quarter cup milk plus three tablespoons for icing
two tablespoons unsalted butter plus one hundred grams room temperature butter for filling
one egg
one tablespoon cinnamon
two tablespoons brown sugar
one teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

In a dish, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.

Put water, milk, melted butter, and stir well. Put the egg and knead the dough on a floured board for approximately three minutes. Form into a ball and reserve for five minutes.

Roll up the dough and slice into three centimeters slices, approximately. Let it rise for twenty minutes and bake in a preheated oven 390°F (200°C) for twenty minutes.

In a frying pan, blend the sugar, milk, and vanilla, and cook in medium heat till thick.

Eliminate the rolls from the oven and cover them with the icing.
