Cinnamon Roll

Ingredients

one Fiber One ninety calorie cinnamon coffee cake
one tablespoon Neufchâtel cream cheese
half teaspoon unsweetened vanilla almond milk
one packet sugar-free sweetener
Dash ground cinnamon
two teaspoons roasted pecans

Instructions:

Blend cream cheese, almond milk and sweetener, then fill it into a piping bag and pipe in a circle pattern over microwave-warmed coffee cake. Sprinkle it with pecans and cinnamon and enjoy.
