Ingredients
200 grams of minced chicken meat
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp breadcrumbs/flour panir
1 tbsp tapioca
1 egg
1 carrot (grated)
75 grams cheddar cheese (grated)
1/2 pieces onion (coarsely chopped)
3 cloves garlic (grated)
1 tbsp mayonaise
1 tbsp parsley/celery (finely chopped)
To taste salt,sugar & pepper powder
Coatings:
To taste egg white & breadcrumbs/flour panir
How to Cook
Mix all ingredients, stir well, pour into a baking dish that has been coated plastic & thin oil, steamed in the steamer is already heated in advance. Cook kurleb 25 minutes, remove from heat, cool.
After cold cut into pieces according to taste, dip in egg white then roll in the breadcrumbs until all the surface is covered average, store in an airtight container & freeze it in the frezer.
After frozen remove from the freezer, fry in hot oil with small fire until cooked, lift, drain with paper towels, serve immediately with the tomato sauce, chili sauce or mayonaise.
