Baked chicken fillet

Ingredients:

• chicken breast or thighs;
• barbecue sauce;
• olive oil;
• salt and pepper.

Preparation

• Rinse the chicken thoroughly under cold water. Then dry it. You can use paper towels for this.
• That the hen in the oven does not lose its juiciness, oil it with olive oil. A couple of teaspoons is enough.
• Salt and pepper each piece on both sides. You can use any spice to your taste. For example, sharpness will give zira or ground red pepper.
• Oil the baking dish and put chicken into it.
• Put the form in a preheated to 180 ° C oven and bake for 20-40 minutes, depending on the amount of chicken.
• Check the preparedness of the dish with a knife. Just pierce the thickest part: the meat inside should not be pink.
• Allow the meat to cool for five minutes. So it will retain its juiciness.
