Ingredients
- 1½ cups of ice;
½ cup of frozen diced pineapple; - 60 ml of pineapple juice;
- 60 ml coconut cream;
- 45 ml of light rum;
- 30 ml of dark rum;
- Pineapple Slices
Cooking
Blender mix all the ingredients to a smooth consistency. Pour into two glasses of the kind Hurricane and decorate with pineapple slices.
By the way, you can serve the drink directly in the pineapple , after cutting out the pulp from it.
