Resep Membuat Kue Bola-bola Wijen (Onde-onde)

Selamat siang sahabat Steemian, hari ini aku ingin sekali ngemil kue. Sudah lama aku tidak makan kue yang berbentuk bulat bertabur wijen alias kue onde-onde isi kacang hijau.

Berikut ini adalah resep KUE BOLA-BOLA WIJEN (Onde-onde) :

Bahan-bahannya :

  • Tepung ketan putih 250 gram

  • Tepung beras 3 sendok makan

  • Santan hangat 250 ml ( 100 ml santan instan + 150 ml air)

  • Gula halus 75 gram
  • Garam 1/4 sendok teh
  • Minyak goreng untuk menggoreng

Bahan isi :

  • Kacang ijo 150 gram, cuci bersih, rendam minimal selama 2 jam (kupas, jika suka)

  • Santan kental 75 ml

  • Gula pasir 5 sendok makan
  • Air 250 ml

Bahan Baluran :

  • Wijen 100 gram

Cara Membuat Kue Bola-bola Wijen :

  • Masak kacang hijau dengan air hingga merekah, tuang santan, beri gula pasir, masak hingga air habis.

  • Panaskan santan sebentar saja

  • Bentuk adonan kacang hijau bulat-bulat kecil
  • Siapkan wadah. Campur tepung ketan, tepung beras, gula halus dan garam. Tuang santan hangat sedikit demi sedikit sambil terus diaduk hingga kalis.

  • Ambil sesendok adonan tepung, bentuk bulat lalu pipihkan.

  • Isi dengan adonan kacang hijau, bulatkan kembali.

  • Tuang wijen ke atas piring atau wadah lain. Gulingkan kue bola-bola ke atas wijen.
  • Lakukan hingga adonan kue bola-bola habis.

  • Panaskan minyak dalam wajan dengan api kecil, goreng kue bola-bola, setelah mengapung, besarkan apinya masak hingga matang berwarna kuning keemasan.
  • Kecilkan api lagi untuk menggoreng kue bola-bola selanjutnya. Goreng sampai matang, angkat dan tiriskan.
  • Kue Bola-bola Wijen (onde-onde) siap untuk di sajikan.
