上汤芫菜金枪鱼

大家好,今天我要跟大家介绍一道食谱。

∼∼上汤芫菜金枪鱼∼∼

食材

芫菜 150克
金枪鱼 200克
蒜米 20克
姜 15克
鸡蛋 一粒
橄榄油 1汤匙
盐 ½小匙
蚝油 1茶匙

准备功夫

  1. 将芫菜嫩的部分摘下来,用清水洗净。

  2. 将蒜米和姜切片备用。

  3. 将金枪鱼洗净备用。

步骤

  1. 首先,将盐和橄榄油倒入锅内,以中火烧热。

  2. 等油烧热了,就把金枪鱼放入锅内煎。盖上锅盖。

  3. 一分钟后,把锅盖打开,然后用锅铲把鱼翻面再煎一分钟就把鱼取出。

  4. 然后放入蒜米和姜片煎至微金黄色。

  5. 将芫菜放入锅中翻炒一分钟。

  6. 然后倒入一碗清水,再放入金枪鱼。

  7. 盖上锅盖,等待水煮沸后再煮三分钟。

  8. 把锅盖打开,放入蚝油和鸡蛋, 搅均就可以熄火了。

  9. 一碗热腾腾的上汤芫菜金枪鱼就完成啦!
